We have worked hard to ensure that our home is a comfortable and luxurious base for your family to enjoy their Floridian vacation.
Location, Location, Location Really is the key when choosing a place to stay for your family vacation in Orlando, and Sunset Lakes really does offer one of the best locations around! The peaceful and private gated community gives you security and peace of mind plus a Community Swimming Pool and Children's 'Tot Lot' play area.
With a tropical climate Florida living is based outside and at Villa
Santa Cruz you can enjoy conservation views to the front and, to the rear, truly
stunning views over the full length of a sparkling lake. The cooler,
shaded lanai offers a respite from the sunshine which bathes the pool deck from
mid morning until sunset. The pool can be optionally heated during the
cooler winter months and we would recommend this if you are visiting between
October and April.
For the ultimate in Relaxation You will be spoiled in our luxury 5 person Jaccuzi Spa with over 20 water jets to refuvenate you after a long day at the attractions.
Luxury Upgraded Furnishings and the many added touches make you feel right at home while enjoying your vacation in Florida.
The
Living areas are airy and spacious with an open plan to the Kitchen and
Dining areas, meaning the chef in your family never need feel left out.
Preparing anything from a quick snack for the Children to a gourmet meal is easy
in the fully equipped Kitchen, which boasts all the basics plus an electric
kettle, steamer, microwave, dishwasher, ice make, coffee maker, toaster, blender
and waste disposal, plus plenty of crockery and utensils - Or you could always
order a takeaway from one of the many local Restaurants. Convenient Dining
is provided at the Breakfast Bar and also in the adjacent Dining Room which
seats six and has lake views.
Air Conditioned Games Room gives older children (and Dads!) their own space to chill out and have fun. With a Playstation 2 and plenty of games, books, CD's, DVD's and even a Poker table. Form more energetic gaming there is an Air Hockey table in the garage.
The Family room offers easy comfort with a 40" Plasma Cable TV, DVD Player and CD Player for entertainment. The double height ceiling and galleried landing give a spacious feel with wall sliding doors giving access to the pool area. Tiled floors keep everything cool with woollen rugs giving a cosy feel to the Family room.
Free high speed Internet Access and Free International Telephone Calls make it simple for you to keep in touch while on vacation.
Five Generous Bedrooms are all doubles with two
luxury Master Suites, meaning that two families can travel and stay together.
Our home can accommodate up to 12 guests. All our bedrooms offer a private
retreat with over 60 channels of cable TV.
The First Master Suite is on the ground floor and has a Queen Bed and private access to the lanai, spa and pool area. The Second Master Suite is upstairs and boasts and King Bed and private lakeview Balcony - a perfect retreat for some peace and privacy. Both Master Suites have large en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers, deep Roman tubs and his 'n' hers vanities.
Children are well catered for With their own 'Scooby Doo' themed bedroom, offering books, games and Cable TV/DVD Player.
The two further bedrooms comprise a Queen Double bedroom with conservation views to the front, and a more sophisticated Twin bedroom with lake views. These rooms share a family bathroom and there is a further half bathroom, ensuring that nobody in the family has to wait their turn!

Baby isn't forgotten With a full sized crib plus a travel 'Pack'n'Play
crib provided, along with a bed rail, high chair, walker and stroller.
Why take dirty laundry home? The utility room has a large capacity Washing Machine and dryer with ironing facilities. You can pack light as all bed linens, bath towels, face cloths, spare blankets and even pool towels are ready and waiting for you, along with Hair Dryers and even Hair Straighteners.
For guests comfort we ask that there be no smoking in our home and we regret that we do not allow pets.
For your peace of mind and security while on vacation our home is licensed by the State of Florida for short term rental and complies with all Fire and Safety regulations, with local maintenance, tourist information and emergency contacts.
