and at Villa Santa Cruz you can enjoy conservation views to the front and, to the rear truly stunning views over the full length of a sparkling lake. The family sized swimming pool has a soothing waterfall and optional heating (additional cost; recommended during the cooler winter months of Oct-Apr)
Plenty of lounging furniture

Perfect for luxuriating in the sunshine by the pool and topping up that tan. With serene lake views to enjoy while you relax away from the hectic pace of the theme parks
At night the pool deck is illuminated with halogen lighting and fibreoptic lights bathe the pool in a multicoloured glow.
A shaded lanai offers a respite from the sun

and is a perfect place for Dining al Fresco. Why not enjoy a leisurely lakeview breakfast or an evening barbeque (an electric barbeque is provided for your convenience).
For the less able members of the family we have provided an easy access handrail to assist with pool access.

We have upgraded many of the furnishings and added many touches to make you feel right at home. Free high speed wireless internet access and free international telephone calls make it simple for you to keep in touch while away.
Family room offers easy comfort

with a 40" Plasma Cable TV, DVD Player and CD Player for entertainment. The double height ceiling and galleried landing give a spacious feel with sliding doors giving access to the pool area. Tiled floors keep everything cool with woollen rugs giving a cosy feel to the Family room.
Air Conditioned Games room

A separate area for gaming with Playstation 2 plus a host of games. A Pool Table with interchangeable Table Tennis and separate Air Hockey Table. With Ceiling Fans and Air Conditioning for more comfortable play.
Fully Equipped Kitchen

makes preparing anything from a quick snack to a gourmet meal easy! Convenient Dining is provided at the Breakfast Bar and also in the adjacent Dining Room which seats six and has lake views. Everything you need is here, plus plenty of crockery and utensils and if you don't fancy cooking there are many local takeaway restaurants, with menus on our kitchen notice board.
Two luxurious Master Suites -

the first is on the ground floor and has a Queen Bed and private access to the lanai, spa and pool area. The second upstairs and boasts and King Bed and private lakeview Balcony - a perfect retreat for some peace and privacy. Both Master Suites have large en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers, deep Roman tubs and his 'n' hers vanities.
Children are well catered for

with their own 'Scooby Doo' themed bedroom, offering books, games and Cable TV/DVD Player. The two further bedrooms comprise a Queen Double bedroom with conservation views to the front, and a more sophisticated Twin bedroom with lake views. These rooms share a family bathroom and there is a further half bathroom, ensuring that nobody in the family has to wait their turn!
The Five Generous Bedrooms

are all doubles with two luxury Master Suites - both with their own en-suite bathroom. Our home can accommodate up to 12 guests which means that two families can easily travel and stay together, and all our bedrooms offer a private retreat with over 60 channels of cable TV.
Baby isn't forgotten either

with a full sized crib plus a travel 'Pack'n'Play crib provided, along with a bed rail, stairgate, high chair, walker and stroller.
We have been travellign to Florida with our own children since they were babies - ask us about our hints and tricks to help them (and you) cope with the Disney experience.

Why take dirty laundry home?

The utility room has a large capacity Washing Machine and dryer with ironing facilities. You can pack light as all linens, towels, spare blankets and even pool towels are ready and waiting for you, along with Hair Dryers and even Hair Straighteners.
